The Council consists of 26 members.

These members were elected at the Local Government Elections in 2009 and represent the following five local electoral areas; Tallaght South, Tallaght Central, Clondalkin, Lucan and Rathfarnham.

The full Council meets the second  Monday of every month. These meetings are open to the public. For meeting dates, agenda and minutes check here.
